Ordered lots of parts, needed to warranty 1 part, they shipped me a replacement part but the part they sent me was a junk return. New wheel bearing showed up with the abs wire cut in half and one of the retaining clips on the wire to clip it to the car was cut in half as well in a different spot. Rockauto.com is of NO help trying to return this second junk part. And the website is 100% useless for returning a junk warrantied part.

I should not have to pay for shipping due it not being my fault

I ordered a part and realized it was wrong so I canceled it 5min after placing the order .i even received an email saying the order was canceled .i was still charged for the part and it was sent to me .when I read the return the site wants me to pay $22 to ship the parts back and i canceled right after I placed an order.i dont think I should pay for shipping being that I canceled and some how I still was charged and item still was shipped to me

Cant get thru for any service from rockauto and this is *** me off

I am trying to get ahold of someone as i have been overcharged over 100.00 dollars canadian and the websites lead nowhere they are all bogus i want this situation fixed now as this is a fraudulant business practice i am not impressed with rockautos policys and no phone numbets to call for help this is a very bad business practice

I paid for overnight shipping and now my part won't be here till tomorrow

I paid $60 for overnight shipping and it was not overnight delivery it will be tomorrow before the parts gets to me that is unacceptable when someone pays for overnight thats what they should get now someone need to get ahold of fedex and have it to me in the morning not in the afternoon or when they feel like it I should also be refunded the $60 for shipping back to my card

Bad business

First I could not track order 3 days late then part was wrong then trying to get return label and send back it dont let me do that the order number the tracking number and my phone number are on shipping label but it says it doesnt recognize any of them this delay and mess is costing 10 times the savings never again will I order anything from Rock Auto

RockAuto - Put part on car and it doesn't work
I ordered an ac compressor, put it on the car, and it doesn't work. Cant find contact information. Now I cant return the part or speak to anyone about the warranty. No Im out of $200 for a part I have to replace again. Expensive lesson learned. The phone number sent me to pissed customer. No help. They should have a customer service department to handler complaints.
