Rock Auto Don’t Seem to Cars About The Customer and Bad information on Delivery !

Bad part

i was on rock auto and saw a ford voltage regulator that was colored ford blue. i purchased it because of this color as i am doing a restoration on a ford vehicle. i received a silver one with a different part # made in china.

I placed an order (19920****) The shipping was 18.99. Rock Auto canceled this order and reinstated the order with a new order (19920****) with HIGHER shipping! $79.99!! When trying to correct this, Jordan replied and said it could not be changed! I have attached screen shots of receipts and emails that corroborate my concerns.. Rock Auto has NO personal contact # for resolution.

FedEx has not delivered package because the contents are missing

Rock Auto sent part quickly, It went to the FedEx office in Houston, TX in two days, And should have been delivered to myself in two days, After myself spending time on the phone with FedEx three times this week I should get the part the next day, No delivery, I called today and was told no part in the empty box , And to contact the shipper. They won't even send me the empty box. Now what to do, I would like Rock Auto to contact myself on this issue.
