Refund on shipping

Im asking for a refund on Shipping calls due to Package Not being delivered the next day. I paid for next day shipping and I have not received the packet as of yet. I spoke with FedEx and was told that they did not receive a label until Friday afternoon around 6 PM. Due to the timing the package has been pushed back till January 3, 2022 around 8 PM.

RockAuto - Returning items
I ordered some parts for my 2014 ford focus see about 2 months ago. Due to the covid-19 crap going around, I am just now getting around to changing the parts on my car. Once I got the back wheels off, I realized I ordered the wrong parts. I, like an idiot, assumed they were disc brakes. To my dismay, they are drum brakes. I know right. 2014. Who the *** still uses them? Lol. But I guess ford does. But since it's been longer than 30 days, I cannot return them. Is there any way to help me out?

Preferred solution: Can I exchange the parts for the ones I need. I'll cover any cost of shipping if need be. I just need the correct parts and cant use the ones I have. The front end parts WILL do just fine. But not the rear end.

Defective part

I ordered a new door latch for my wifes 2011 Nissan Altima it will not latch all the way so needing to use the vehicle I ordered another one and then was just going to ship the defective one back but now that I got to the new one installed it will not open from the outside

Wrong parts were sent

The picture in the catalog shows a passenger side tail light the one I received is the driver side. Cant get a hold of customer service and they want to charge me shipping not acceptable

New parts failed

But a whole complete power steering line which was 3 separate lines. The new cooler line blew *** and the others lines now look rusty. I have had them on my daughter 2006 santa fe 3.5L for less then 30days. They want me to buy the new lines and then ship back the ones that were damaged then they will refund me. Or I can ship back the damaged lines 1st what for store credit and then reorder. I think this is bull they should just ship the new lines. They are all under warranty.

RockAuto - Order not received - No customer service response.
I bought a part for my car on the 17 June, 2021 for $114 and paid $160 for shipping. RockAuto collected the shipping fee on behalf of FedEx and stated I will receive my part on the 21 June, 2021. It is already 26 June, 2021 and I have not received the part. The FedEx tracking is stuck at Feltham, GB and the only thing RockAuto did was to send me a copy and paste reply from their website. Till this moment, they have not given me any meaningful reply. I feel I have been scammed and if the part is not going to be delivered, I want a full refund.

Can't get an simple answer

Just trying to get a simple answer out of these people on there own sites . I mean how hard is it to tell someone that front means either both or just one. Talking about hubs and bearing assembly they just say front want to know for sure before ordering so I get it right do I need to order drivers side and passenger side or just order the front and get both.

Needed to modify delivery instructions--no possible way to communicate quickly with Rock Auto

Ordered a catalytic converter--good price from Rock BTW... but some dummy there at Rock put a "non-hold" order on the delivery...

meaning I cannot put a 'hold at depot request' with Fedex because the item is a high-theft, porch pirate item.

There is no telephone service staff at Rock Auto--only a standardized form to fill out which did not address my request, by which I get a standardized auto-reply.

Now the item I ordered is lost in the Fedex system--and if found I can only possibly order that it be delivered past a certain time of day (I hope).

Rock Auto has good prices on parts--but their customer service SUCKS big balls.

I see that this is a company run out of Wisconsin--most likely by your typical American management (stupid and lazy) and warehouse/customer service staff (lazy and in-attentive)

Fortunately I have not had to return prior purchases to Rock Auto--but I can imagine the hellish process to do so.

If in fact Fedex has lost my item--I am just going to reverse the charges on my credit card as I have purchase assurance with Visa/Mastercard... and then I will let Rock Auto eat the charges wiBthout having to deal with their cumbersome return/lost item process.

Just need a return label for a warranty part. Tried email, they dont have a phone. Had to by part from local parts store to install same day. Just put this part on in April so not happy with the customer service or lack there of, and the way they handle warranty parts.

I ordered some parts, chose my shipping method but when I went got to the end of the order process they had automatically charged me with expensive over- night delivery. There is no way to simply correct the shipping choice. If they do this to take advantage, it is a very underhanded way to make money. I will not recommend them and most likely dissuade others from buying from them. Word of mouth is powerful.

Preferred solution: Cancel my order and fix your web site by allowing the buyer to correct his/her shipping options either by editing or back arrow. Your web site may be automated but it is non intuitive in lay out.
