Not being able to contact someone is extremely frustrating. I dont know if my order went thru and this has happened multiple times. Last time my card was charged 4 times and took forever to get my money back. I made an order last night and it isnt showing any info that my order went through. I seriously need to talk to someone as I need this part as soon as possible

Struts are not OEM bearing plates are cheap and coil not the same

Order# 17312**** Ordered Monroe quick struts part TS 172620, TS 172621 in April 2021 I just now put them on. The original was fine but started making noise. The Monroe struts are different by having a cheap bearing plate and the coils are size different. The original were .7 of a inch while the Monroe are .6 of a inch thick. This changes the ride and handling while changing the height of the vehicle. Disappointed I thought it was OEM. This is a cheap parts from China and assembled on the USA. I know get what you pay for.

That was the first time i ever visited that site it was recommend to this site i was just confused,because there was a number to call but the voice mail said that you could not talk to anyone.I was confused because i wasn't sure what i was trying to order would be right,so it's no big deal,I found what i was looking for some where else.Thanks for Responding!

Your online help Doesn't work for everything.....I need help with a part.....so I cancelled the whole order....only a few hundred dollars...but I have placed in the pass quite a few hundred s of dollars of orders.....I do one stop shopping.... You might be cheaper but I need a company that is more attentive to helping a customer..... good bye

Wrong auto part replacement

I ordered tail light assembly and fog light assembly for my Honda pilot 2011. I received them but the right tail assembly had a defect . I asked for a replacement but they send me a fog light as a replacement with a paper saying i can return it till Dec 26 the, 2021. Today is Dec 20th, 2021 I am trying to use the website www.rockauto.com but the system is saying i had 30 days to make a return. But it is the company sending a wrong part.

I ordered a driver's side mirror for my 1998 Lincoln Town Car about a month or so ago and just got around to fixing it due to illness and I find that is not the same mirror my old mirror had two connectors and the new one that I got from your company has only one connector and it does not fit the connector for the old one so I was hoping I could switch for the right one.

Missing item on previous order

I ordered front and back brake package of pads and rotors, the rear pads were missing, i noticed this months later when i went to install them. I reported the issue and quickly received back an email apology and soon after the pads were replaced. Thanks Rock Auto.

Part they sold me doesn't fit

Rock Auto is a complete waste of time. They sell you on having the right part all the time but when you order from them the parts don't fit. Customer service is non existent. You can't talk to anyone and you have to go through a lengthy questionnaire to get return started. My daughters car broke down. I live in another state so I had the parts shipped directly to her. After the airfare, parts and the Uber from the airport I'm out one $1000. I got the car apart just to find that the bolt on the timing belt tensioner pulley is the wrong size. I will never do business with Rock Auto ever again.
