Bad racking pinion steerings

My Toyota Tundra 2003 racking pinion went at 132000 and I have bought 2 from rock auto and both have failed I have 146000 miles on it now as I do not use it much,just to go to the dump or pick up lumber Now I need another one and I am pissed that I have spent a lot of money having them installed and purchasing and shipping Its pretty sad that the products that you sell dont last very long The original parts are much better than the garage that I have received I lik

If you did not get any resolution through Rock Auto, contact your credit card company and explain to them that the wrong item was sent than what was originally ordered. Rock Auto's policy reads they will pay for return shipping costs under these circumstances. But in real practice, Rock Auto advertises this to hook the customer under false pretenses to buy until such time you realize their policy means zilch once you make a claim.

I'm a single mom I ordered these parts to be exact 69 days ago trying to return them because my car died before I could pay the mechanic to have the parts put on.When I called the receptionist she was very rude and said I was trying to beat around the Bush to get an exception for my situation, so I cannot return the parts so I am stuck with these parts with no car very rude customer service. Not very helpful at all. Needless to say the parts are still in the original packaging i have not touched them they've been in my closet since they arrived. my them.

RockAuto - I needed to return an item that I ordered
I sent you a request to send me a return slip twice and never received it. But When I sent a copy of the receipt that I paid for it. Then I was told. That I DID NOT HAVE TO PAY FOR SHIPPING. JUST REQUEST BY EMAIL for an RETURN SLIP. Then I was TOLD. I couldn't get an Refund That's my Complaint. Why I'm not able to get an refund for shipping.

User's recommendation: if a company does not have a customer service department do not order from them. The only way you have any recourse is to file a small claim where ever they are located. I try not to order online, this is why.
