since I posted rock auto has refunded my money for the rim, but not the out of pocket fees to have the tire mounted twice, I'm fairly satisfied.

I ordered a rim for my 95 Lincoln town car for a spare, so I could get rid of the doughnut. I got the rim had a tire mounted and balanced on it and put it in my trunk, it was over a year later when I got a flat I tried to put it on my car, they sold me a rim that does not fit. I tried calling rock auto, they don't have a customer service, that is absolutely ridiculous, I tried online it stops as soon as it sees the date ordered. So now I'm stuck with a wrong part they sold me plus I had to take and have the tire remounted and balanced again, I'm out about $120 due to Rock auto, Thanks guys, you service is very poor.

NO Customer Service Everything is handled online with forms that do not allow you to get your lost or shorted parts. Save yourself some trouble and go to the local parts store. I will not be using this company again Ive had some spotty issues in the past with them but the low price always pulled me back. Well I have decided I will pay the higher price so I know I'll at least get the parts I ordered and have to twist in the wind until they have decided to finish shipping my parts. So in short I'll wait another 6 days to see who failed then another 3 days for the next part to ship So altogether I'm out almost two weeks for a simple O2 Sensor. I ordered two of the same part they sent ONE. I seriously doubt it was Fed Ex or UPS stealing my parts.

I have same problem but' their web site does not have a choice for shorted parts so I cannot explain that they only sent me one part of a set of two. *** with them.

I am done with them too.

Had better service on Parts Geek. Parts Geek still has phone service so use them.

On 08/23/2017 I ordered and receive 2 front axles for 2012 Toyota Sienna,order #69162417. Recently left axle start making clanking noise.I arrange return under warranty,but by mistake order right side axle,order #93064176 09/10/2018.After receiving I realize my mistake and return wrong part .On 09/20/2018 get a massage for a credit.On 09/22/2018 I place an order #93909630 and already receive it. All attempts to create return label is not working. Now I am trying to get credit for a bad one ,but system does not let me do it.What have to be done,to solve this problem. I am working with your site for a while,and always been satisfied with quality and well organised ,user friendly set up. Looking forward to continue business with you.

Rockauto in Rutland, Vermont - Intentionally misleading shipping times- upselling "express" with lies

Ordered struts for my car, the $31 extra shipping charge meant (according to their web site) that I'd have them in four business days instead of seven. After order is paid, the shipping time changes to seven days- the same as regular shipping- but still $31 more. Complete scam. Can't contact customer service... there isn't any. Last time I bought struts years ago- they sent me one new one and one used one. Should have learned my lesson. I could have spent just a few more bucks and bought local and had them sooner. Must admit- most of the complaints I see on here are people expecting WAY too much or being ignorant... but the shipping charge scam is entirely on RA.

USPS is so far 8 days late on delivery of the item and Rockauto wants me to wait another 7 more days , that means the delivery is taking 20 days and this was suppose to be priority mail that I paid for. They won't take back an item that was delivered very very late, so that I can buy it locally to finish the job. I am at their mercy. No more parts from Rockauto. Goodbye. P.S. I just purchase a lower control arm on Walmart.com. It's sold and shipped by Walmart. It is a Moog RK80725 and Walmart has much better policies, I know they don't have everything but I get lots of parts on ebay.
