When I entered my address it was suppose to be 34 main st. Yorkana,PA 17406 and it changed the city to york.

The order that I placed in the middle of the night I accidentally clicked on the wrong color I do need the left park aid sensor for my 2004 Lincoln town car alternate but it has to be in silver to match my other 1I accidentally clicked black can you please switch it to silver it is still at warehouse it has not done anything I've made the order about 5 or 6 hours ago Eastern standard time

Details
Bought 4 shocks for my 97 blazer. Have 97000 miles and original shocks that were worn out. Bought 4 KYB shocks to replace the old ones and the rear shocks are good replacement but the front shocks are not hardly any better then the worn out shocks I replaced. Truck floats and sways way to much for new shocks. I paid $275 for the installment and now will have to pay again to have the new shocks removed, send them in for replacement then pay again (3rd time), to have them reinstalled. Not being able to talk to someone at rockauto is a BIG problem but having to pay money again is a ripoff. Will not buy from them again.

Rockauto - Poor Policies!

I purchased some AC Delco shocks for my vintage Corvette. I wanted to keep the car original by using OEM parts. I went elsewhere in search of original wheels, this took me 5 weeks. Once I had the stock wheels I installed them and went to install my Rock Auto shocks only to discover that one of them was leaking and wouldn't function. It cost me about $200 for the set, but with one bad shock I couldn't install them. Because I didn't open the factory sealed boxes and check them immediately Rock Auto wouldn't replace the bad shock! I had passed the magic 30 days so tough luck! I will never buy anything from them again.

Rockauto - Having problems trying to warranty out parts

I had ordered two lower control arms for left and right for an 09 Ford Taurus X all wheel drive in the bushings are no good looked online you guys don't have them in stock of the ones that I bought also been having problems I was trying to warranty out Parts online I would just like for new ones to be sent give me three days I can have them replaced and the old ones on their way back to you

Rockauto - Wrong parts

I ordered two wheel bearing hub assembly back in march for my 2007 CHEVROLET SILVERADO 2500 6.6L V8 DIESEL Turbocharged . After install the abs light is on and service break system is across the display. I bought a code reader to get the code deleated and nothing worked. Its been to three different mechnic shops to try to fix the issue over the past several months. I finally took it to the chevy house they plugged in a new set of wheel hubs to each front assembly and the lights cleared instantly. I was told that the parts that was sent was the wrong ones or had bad sensers.

I am very disappointed with the lack of customer service while trying to complete a warranty exchange/rerturn. I was able to purchase the part on RockAuto then when I attempted the warranty exchange as instructed in the email I received a message came up telling that I could not purchase it in California. I have tried to email RockAuto and have recieved the following email response. "Your email could not be received because Ticket 104105312 has been closed. If you have additional questions, please use our Help pages. If you have a new order issue, please report it using our Order Status and Returns page." I am very frustrated with the lack of support. See my email attempts below: Please assist me with the warranty exchange. I have tried to email you and received a computer generated response. Hello RockAuto Customer Service, I have attempted to order my warranty return part so that I can send back the defective part, when going to the cart to check out the attached message comes up and will not let me proceed with the order. Please advise me on how to exchange the defective part. Thank you, Melanie Snell 530-401-1852
