When placing order, there was no estimated delivery date. Then four days later, i am notified that the part was scheduled to be delivered two weeks later. Completely unacceptable.

Delivery late.

I bought a coolant reservoir outlet pipe. I paid for two day shipping. It was scheduled to be delivered on Friday June 11 because I placed an order on June 9. However, it was delivered on June, 14. I would like to have the shipping costs refunded. I tried calling customer service but no one answered. Can you please help?

Return policy on misrepresented (bait-n-switch) parts photos

Over the years I've had good luck with parts/orders, but I think they are slipping with customer service and their return policy.

When I order a part, and I base my decision on their photos of that part, I expect to receive the item as shown. If the manufacturer has switched from using an NSK bearing (Japan) to a Chinese bearing, then RockAuto should pay for return shipping AND update their photo/description to reflect the change when a customer notifies them.

Instead, they expect me to pay for return shipping on a part which is misrepresented on their site.

The item was not as described or as pictured. Yes, the manufacturer bears some blame, but the retailer is selling it and has the power to drop the product or issue a chargeback to the distributor.

I'm very displeased with 'bait-n-switch' by any entity, but I have no dealings with the manufacturer or distributor, only with RockAuto.

I'm upset due to having purchased front wheel bearings for my 2000 Toyota tundra and the bearing have to be replaced again. The parts lasted less than 6000 miles. Also I have to pay another 200.00 dollars to have the bearings pressed out and back in. Then have to re assembly the front suspension. I personally think that as a company you should discontinue that supplier. Once I get new oem parts I have to ship them back before I can get a refund.

Refund problems website doesn’t fix

They won't send new cats to me tell I send them ones that don't fit right back, and u can't get a hold of anyone to talk to them. Ended up calling Magna flow and their working me and the shop to get new ones. This is the first time ordering from rockauto, and after all of this, I won't ever use them again.
