Rockauto - Great detailed Customer Service Representative

Had a friend give me a part number for my truck and the Service Team, thank God, double checked the part number, which didn't fit my model. Thank You! Awesone Staff & Reliable Service Techs Love that Company! P.S. Not all consumers get Pissed if there part isn't available. They had my parts for $55.00 more than three of their competitors.

My FORD Mats for a 1995 F150 were ordered with blue oval logo up on the info page...yet they arrived with plain ford in script....be careful on custom orders.. They send you whatever is in stock Apparently....Now they,want me to pay Double shipping for thier website error.

Ordered a Chevy horn contact, received a filthy box and a defective (broken wire) part. Plus, it's a big task to get hold of anybody. Rock Auto needs better quality control. I guess I'll fight the good battle and try to navigate the home page. I think this was one of those Millennial tricks where you buy from eBay and they drop ship, but still Rock Auto should take a good look at returns instead of putting them on the shelf. Take a look at the photos, make your own assessment. I wish Pissedconsumer.com didn't need 100 words when less would do. I think maybe somebody should write a review about Pissed Consumer and the need for long winded complaints.
