I'm thinking I didn't receive all my suspension order

I finally found my order after a few days the driver delivered them to a neighbor, and not to my front door. But every thing is ok now I just had to go looking for 2 big heavy boxes on 2 different days and found they were delivered to the wrong address.

I purchase a FAMOUS BRAND re -manufactured engine from ROCKAUTO.COM. I read the Information sheet that they published concerning the manufacturing process of the engine. It states "TO EXACTING OE SPECIFICATION" which for the laymen among us means ORIGINAL EQUIPMENT SPECIFICATION. Here are the statements from the INFORMATION SHEET: "Engine blocks are magnafluxed, cylinders bored and precision honed, and main saddles line honed to exacting OE specifications" "Camshaft bearing line bored for accurate center to center clearance" "Engine blocks and cylinder heads precision surfaced to ensure proper sealing" "Cylinder heads magnafluxed or dye checked and machined for three angle valve seats" "Crankshafts are stress relieved, precision ground, and micro polished for optimum durability and surface finish" "Camshafts precision ground or replaced with new to maintain the OE profile" "Each engine is SIM tested for compression, oil pressure, oil leaks, unusual engine noise, and general operation condition before shipment." My question is if every thing in the engine meets OE SPECIFICATION as described how does it come out with "SLIGHTLY LOWER COMPRESSION? Why do they not advertise: "DETUNED, RE- MANUFACTURED / REBUILT TO HAVE SLIGHT LOWER COMPRESSION?" With 2291 miles on the engine it started running rough and idling fast, so I checked the usual culprits, spark plugs, distributor cap, rotor, plug wires all checked good. I found a small vacuum leak on the intake manifold, change the gasket and fixed that. Also changed the IDLE SPEED SOLENOID as it did not meet OE SPECS. Those two repairs along with putting a new air filter brought the idle speed down to OE SPECS. But the engine continues to run rough throughout operating range. Upon further testing I found that the compression was extremely low. The OE SPECS call for 178 PSI, the readings I attained were as follows the actual readings are: #1 - 120, #2 - 150, #3 - 140, #4 - 125, #5 - 140, #6 - 140. The engine comes with a THREE-YEAR WARRANTY, so I filled out a warranty claim per their instructions. During discussion with the "WARRANTY TECHNICIAN" at LKQCORP I was informed of the following: "After discussing the compression readings with the management, the reason the compression is lower than the factory specs is due to the manufacturers detuning the product. Our products are rebuilt to hace slightly lower compression in order to reduce strain on components and increase longevity." Now they are wanting me to remove the engine and ship it to them, so they can conduct test on the engine they already know does not have the compression per OE SPECIFICATIONS. I can assure you had the words DETUNED TO SLIGHTLY LOWER COMPRESSION been advertised ANYWHERE, I would NOT have purchased this engine. I relied on the advertisement being TRUTHFUL and HONEST that the engine was manufactured to meet ORIGINAL MANUFACTURING SPECIFICATIONS which they now admit it was not! If I should decide to spend the money to take the engine out, spend money on shipping I will still receive and engine back with "SLIGHTLY LOWER COMPRESSION". For those unaware, LOWER Compression equates TO LOWER POWER. UNEVEN COMPRESSION depending on the extent will most likely equate to engine running poorly. Not exactly what most people have in mind when putting a remanufactured engine in their vehicle. I tried my best to deal all three companies in an honest and fair manner. I submitted the following: I be fully compensated as follows: "$1709.79 Long Block $1280.00 Labor to R &;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;; R Engine $285.00 Core Charge $265.49 which is half of the $530.00 I paid for the shipment of the engine and transmission I purchased through Rock Auto. Total of $3540.28 I will remove the engine @ no cost to LKQCORP or ROCK AUTO and send it back to your company in what ever container you provide with you paying the shipment costs. We will end where we started on the engine." I neither want this engine repaired or any replacement engine from the retailer or manufacturing company as I would only end up with an engine manufactured below Original Equipment Specifications." ROCKAUTO has since refunded the purchase price of $1709.79 for the engine which means I am still out approximately $1,800.00. I get to keep a worthless engine, and they do not honor their warranty from here out since I accepted their offer. I will need to purchase another engine, spend more money to have this engine removed and replaced through no fault of my own as I relied on their PUBLISHED INFORMATION.

Return not accepted. Never specified when I inquired about a return that it had to be sent back in the manufacturing box. The box came damaged. There was no way to return in original box. I spent $400 on that part and returned it never used. The box had additional cardboard wrapped around the box to cover the hole in the box from the part. Photo attached as proof.

Wrong product ship to me.Never got my shocks bought them and already had them installed the rest of the order I delivered ok had them installed also fedex lost them during the big storm not your fault will still patronize rock auto prices are lot cheaper then the auto parts stores in town.

Purchased POWER STOP CRK5334 Rotor and Brake Pad Kit to install in a 2016 Equinox. After 1 month of use the front Rotors warped and Rock Auto Denied me any warranty and blamed my vehicle without talking to me, see the SUV or asking any questions.

I have purchased from them prior but this is my first issue, and I am totally disgusted with the lack of communication and immediate dismissal. They told me to purchase new ones from them of get them turned.

$170 and now I need to replace everything after a month. Beware online purchases, returns are not guaranteed, and they charge large money for shipping, wasn't at all work this aggravation not purchase online from anyone who doesn't have customer service or a local store.
This was also an upgraded brand, it was no OE or a daily driver value.

I contacted the company and they insist that it is not their problem.They refuse to warranty the defective part. The part was defectiveupon arrival.

They should replace it instead of making excuses.According to them the part in question is not the right partfor the vehicle. I have explained that the vehicle has been restoredwith updated parts from the manufacturer and the part in questionis exactly what they use.

It has fallen on deaf ears. I will no longerbe doing anymore business with Rock Auto

I ordered a horn relay for a 71 c10. the part was defective. I went through their online questionaire only to have them state that I ordered the wrong part for the truck. They have no way to contact customer service to resolve the issue. I will never order another part from them again
