I bought this product from you and had it put on the mechanic said that 2 of the drains was half open, I told him it was brand new put it on. After he put it on the codes didn't clear, the top blew off it and my vehicle ran hot. I had the mechanic to take it back off today and it is still halfway off. I would deeply appreciate if I send the old one back if you would replace it thank you.

I placed an online order with Rock Auto for a critical part for my vehicle on Wednesday, March 04. I provided all requested information including the correct physical and mailing address (documentation available). After 4 weeks the item still had not arrived so I tracked the package and found that the shipper was Canpar and they indicated online that I needed to contact them, at no time did they try to contact me regarding the delivery issue. When I contacted them they indicated that they felt they had the wrong delivery address, I confirmed that the address was correct. Following this call, there were numerous additional ca not deliver and phone calls, as they repeatedly said they had the wrong address, eventually they began to state they would not delivery to my house because it was not in their ‘zone”. The representative then began to demand that I supply an address in the community of Cochrane for delivery, as I do not live there this was not possible. I suggested that they either deliver to my house which is in a small residential community as other delivery companies seem to have no problem doing so or put it into the mail. I later received a phone call from a delivery driver who was approximately a 15 minute drive from my address and he told me that he would only deliver it to an address in Cochrane; otherwise I would have to go to the City of Calgary, a 200 km trip to pick it up. Despite putting a large amount of time and energy into assisting the delivery company to fulfill their delivery obligation they chose to not deliver and return it to Rock Auto. I contacted Rock Auto on April 13 and was informed I would receive a refund. The refund I received was significantly less (more than $50.00) less than what I paid, I contacted Rock Auto regarding this and was informed they deducted the cost of shipping as I had provided the wrong address information which is absolutely false. At the time of writing this, after 8 weeks my vehicle is still not operating as I need the required part and I have lost over $50.00.

I paid extra to have my part delievered which was to be here on friday by end of business day which is 5pm... the part came suposedly aftet 5... Fedx said they came saturday Office was closed at 3pm... tuesdsy a called threr times snd asked them to keep it at there ground office and i would come and pick the packsge up... they said they would do that... i called Wednesday morning and explain to them that I would come I pick the package up Wednesday they told me package was there when I left my job to go pick it up which was a good distance from the office they searched for the package and it wasn't there I'm extremely annoyed because of the fact that paid extra I'd like to have that place back on my card

I was contacted today by Rock Auto with a full refund. I only expected a refund on the part, not on the core also?

I will attempted to give them the core cost back. And yes...

I am that way. Karma my friends, karma.

New pump was bad. They stated they wouldn't replace it due to a continuing issue with the product and stated they would refund the cost. Never saying anything about needed the core back. They have my original core and I thought they would let me keep the bad one for future purchases, after all they wanted mine when I bought their part. When my refund still had not been processed I asked online about the refund. They stated that they were waiting for my core? That was turned in at our local parts house for a reliable pump. Now I'm out the cost of the part? I'll never use them again.
