Send the wrong parts and charge me to ship back.

I ordered parts. An ac condensor comes on totally different from the description. Then charge me to send it back. I try asking for my shipping money back. No customer service. Can not talk to anyone to help. They also send parts that do not even fit my car. The parts are for older models. Complete waste of my time and money.

No one in to talk to this is ridulious. You took money out of my account but then u say bank declined payment ??? Bank said you put hold on account why I have no idea? Now i cant get ahold of anybody please contact me soon as possible.

FedEx failed to deliver my package in time. I paid 40 dollars for two day shipping. It was imperative due to the holiday weekend. The tracking showed it had spent over an entire day at my cities hub but was not delivered by the end of that window.

The website clearly shows it fits my Bronco. Why can't someone from Rock Auto contact the manufacture to make sure they didn't ship the wrong radiator. Why would I have to pay for anything? this is the manufacture issue or your website. It's not mine. Why should I have to pay anything. All I want is the Radiator I ordered. I could have walked into AutoZone and spent $30.00 more dollars and had my part last week. I waited 5 days to receive it and it's the wrong part. How is this my problem. What kind of customer service is this? No live chat no one to call the manufacture?

First time ever using you the last time I will ever use you I paid $30 worth of shipping I still don’t know where my radiator is it’s been two weeks I can’t get anybody on the phone you don’t have any

Someone needs to call me so unhappy with rock auto this is a joke I will never use you again I have paid for to park it is taking two weeks and I still only got one I paid $30 shipping dont know where my stuff is someone needs to call me and figure out where my radiator is right now I will never ever ever use rock out again and I will make sure our review goes up that you cant talk to anybody find out where your stuff is the service sucks

NI bought two control arms for a Nissan quest 2002 I want to the supreme I received one supreme and one economy economy one . I tried to get the difference between them because I had to install them because I would not have the car theres no way to address this problem rock auto on their webpage I did everything they instructed me to do .

FedEx stated that they could not locate my address 3 times in a row although they have called and I gave detailed direction, however your other shipments with US mail have arrived no issues, and other shipments through other couriers have arrived.
