Tundra headlight

Ordered headlights for an 03 that tundra didnt fit at all. Made me pay for shipping both directions when its their poor quality part that didnt fit. Answered the questions on the return page honestly since i did "try" to install the headlight on my truck and their automated format changed the part status to not returnable for a used part, which isnt true. Their customer service is the worst ive dealt with from any company. The prices may be good, but the parts are a gamble and the consumer gets the blame. Overall a *** way to run a company and i hope their future isnt so great due to the poor management.

I am trying to receive my front right axle. It is in the right box but wrong part. This is the second time this has happened. Just wanted to get my car fixed now have to cancel my appt. With mechanic. Im just really disappointed. Couldbt reach a person to tell them to che k inside box...customer service is horrible with this company. At this point im afraid to ask for another part, whats the point. Need a refund and my part, this is horrible. Absolutely horrible....

Part Number: 453**** Where: Rockauto Message: I purchased (order#10187****) a cabin air filter Denso# 453-**** from Rockauto Parts on 1/22/2019 which I did not attempt to install until 33 days later. The filter is too thick to fit the bracket in my 2016 Lincoln MKX vin 2LMTJ6LR1GBL43478. Since their warranty period ends after thirty days, I can no longer file a claim electronically. I have been two months trying to contact them or waiting for them to return my emails and calls. I hope that you will check this problem out to make sure other purchasers are not disappointed with your product like I am. I have always been well pleased with your products with my Honda autos and motorcycle. I also hope you will rectify this problem with me. Bogus 5% discounts!

I went through the long process of getting their so called 5% discount. I was supposed to get it on check out. Of course I didn't get the discount. Rock Auto made the process of getting the so called measly discount nearly impossibly. After jumping though all the hoops, then they don't give you the discount. Cheapos!

Rock Auto/Raybestos defective part

Ordered and installed Raybestos element 3 Brake pads . 1month after installation 1 pad shattered and ruined brake rotor. Raybestos claims warranty has to be handled thru Rock Auto . Rock Auto will only replace defective part with same . Plus the rotor was damaged by the defective brake pad and will not be addressed. Not paying for shipping to return item for same product. Notified rock auto and was stated would do nothing more than what is stated on their website. I have already replaced pads before contacting both companies for warranty.. thanks for reading this and hope this costs Rock Auto more business than the 32.99 initial cost I payed for the brake pads and the 46.99 I paid for replacement one from oreillys .
