Returning items is a nightmare!!!!

So i got part of my return $ right away and now ive been waiting for the rest of my $ Forat least 3 weeks now and have been told it was an error on there part and would have it in 3 business days , on day 4 now !!! I will never shop at rock Auto again!!!!

Refund was issued, but still had to pay for shipping fees.

I ordered an Antenna Mast for 2002 tahoe. Its 7mm thread but the stem on my vehicle is 6mm. I was confident that by entering my vehicles info on your site it would give me the correct part.One of the questions asked in the return page is, "Was the part installed" i said yes. But i simply put the antenna on stem without force and noticed it was to big. I didn't try to force it on, or anything. The part is out of package but not damaged what so ever. Im asking for an exchange but you are telling me its nonrefundable?

I put the parts in the cart proceeded to check out, put in my card information and pressed submit!!! Once I pressed submit my card was declined, so I called the back of my card to make sure the funds was available. I had enough funds to cover the balanced that was owed (141.37) to be exact, the payment method was still stating it was declined on the website RockAuto!!! So I proceeded to check my balance again to make sure my funds was still on my card, and what do you know MY FUNDS WAS TOOKEN OFF!!! No transaction number or email NOTHING!!! I even looked in the shipping orders and also pulled my most recent orders and the items that I payed for on 11/7/19 says awaiting payment!!! This needs to be solved ASAP!!!

I can't find my tracking number, how do I retrieve it ?so that I don't give you free money since I've returned the item! My name is on the box so it really shouldn't be that enormous of a deal! I need my $40.00 back for my returned wheel hub!

Great selection on parts. Shipping sucks!! Shipping charges from different warehouses kill any savings plus is you "need " your car, you are screwed because FEDEX is way later than they claim. I've been waiting all day, and the part is less than 200 miles away. It won't be here for three more days.

I ordered an AC compressor pulley for a 66 Thunderbird which was clearly wrong. The belt alignment was off by about 5/8" due the pulley being 5/8" shorter. I was refunded for the part but not shipping. They provided the wrong part, I should be fully refunded.

ROCK AUTO USED TO BE GREAT. WHY THEY CHANGED THEIR WAYS IS BEYOND ME. MY LAST COUPLE OF PURCHASES WERE NOT GOOD AT ALL. GETTING RID OF CUSTOMER SERVICE WAS INCREDIBLY STUPID. NO MORE MONEY WILL GO TO THEM. I BUY FROM AMAZON NOW OR MAYBE PARTS GEEK.

Never got my package

My package said it was delivered at 2:01pm December 16,2019. I checked at 2:30pm December. 16,2019 and several other times. My package is not there. I could not locate it. I called FedEx, and they need for your company to contact them, so they can investigate this issue.
