I received my package today and both parts has been open and one of the parts bag is all dirty and the rubber seal is not in the for the hose. The box was not all the way sealed.

No Customer Service response/Delayed or Non-existent Shipping

Company received payment over 3 weeks ago. Contacted them multiple times requesting shipping information. They never responded. Put the issue through as a complaint through PayPay. Received a FedEx shipping tracking info, but when you go to FedEx, it appears all they did was create a label. The item has still not shipped, so that was just another delay tactic. I would never recommend them. Since I can't see the product, can only rate quality and product as lack-luster.

1) It is totally unacceptable that RockAuto does not "offer customer service by telephone", especially when their online "customer service" does NOT solve problems! 2) I attempted to cancel an order yesterday, because I wanted to add to it, and not incur additional shipping charges. Their idiotic web system only accepted a "request to cancel", so I have to wait 24 hours (or perhaps more) to find out if the order has been cancelled, before I can re-enter it with additional items. 3) When I decided to take a chance and re-enter the (enlarged) order anyway, Rock Auto assessed TWO SHIPPING charges, which defeated the entire effort.

I bought a kit for a hyundai the kit included a pilot bearing ..throwout bearing alighnment tool and lube.. The kit when recieved was missing the pilot bearing ...i am a reasonable customer that realises *** happens but when no explaination is given for this after payment was made in advance in good faith to rockauto and there is no way to contact a represenitive besides through *** web sites that give no responce i have no use for such a company ..rockauto you have wasted more of my time than anything...plz send my pilot bearing along with a complete refund for wasting my *** time.or i will take serious action

I don’t know how to make a return

I just need to know how to return some parts for credit as the motors were too difficult to put onto the window assembly I ended up having to buy the assemblies with the motor I'm not pissed I just need to know how to return them and I really wish I could talk to a real person instead of having to go see the internet

order parts that I don't need now tried to return for store credit but they want more for shipping than the parts are worth! never had to return before but to drive 40 miles plus shipping cost to send back items does not make sense!. order wrong brake pads for e450 park brake but the whole unit needs to be replaced! Not blaming rockauto but have problem with return .

Worst experience I’ve ever had buying anything. I ordered a part that was misrepresented in its description and will not work for my vehicle. I sent them back unused and never installed. Still in its original packaging.!! They received it back. I had filled out everything as described in the return policy and it shows in the system that they have received it back. But yet I can’t get a return for my HUNDREDS of dollars spent on the unusable product. And to top it all off calling RockAuto for returns is apparently strictly prohibited.!! No matter what I’ve tried I cannot actually talk to a REAL HUMAN BEING from this soulless company.
