Charge my card twice for the same thing
Horrible to deal with. No Customer service
Ac compressor was 2 months old and quit. Part has a 12 month warranty per their site.
Followed the automated warranty claim for said part and purchased a return label from them to return it. Purchased a new copressor as stated in the claim. Completed proof of other new parts(also purchased from them) and an AC flush. Mailed all paperwork and faulty part back with their return label(fedex).
Got an email saying it was sent to the wrong warehouse and I'd be charged additional shipping to ship to a different correct warehouse. Ok, but not sure how....their label purchased from them but whatever. Now they havent shipped the part to their other "correct" warehouse, but refuse to answer my emails to address the problem. They closed the "ticket" and the label still shows they received the part and deducted for new shipping label, but new label shows the part hasnt been shipped (about 2 weeks now) Basically they wont honor a warranty item but will charge you multiple shipping charges to steal your money.
Absolutely NO CUSTOMER SERVICE AT ALL. No Phone number to call, and leaving them your number in an email asking for a call is useless. The email address they give sends automated replies with the run around. Do not buy any item from them if you believe it can be returned or warranteed as they claim.
Just read all the revies on Google or the BBB. They're a joke and basically.
Stealing by fraud on warranty and return claims. Im out $300.00+ it seems so I feel like I should at least warn others.

I'm not purchasing from Rock Auto ever again. I ordered a steering wheel angle censor and was sent the incorrect one.
I returned it, with an email & a statement that my censor has 6 prongs not 8. They reissued the censor and again I received an 8 prong censor! I immediately contacted them for a full refund. They said that they would split shipping with me....in the amount of $12....WHAT?
I only paid $2.99 shipping! So how are they charging me $12 for shipping now? I'm considering contacting an attorney for theft by deception. I can only imagine how many others they've done this to.
If a product is unused and within the warranty, they have to honor the return. No where in the warranty does it say they can charge you what ever they want for returning an item that they/vendor incorrectly sent out.

Why are the shipping prices so expensive?
Look i didnot order the parts, because there is some kind of problem with the website.I need those parts, but i am not going to send them excessive amounts of money to deliver part via the U.S. mail.

i ordered a fuel pump module part listed to fit my truck did not work i emailed rockauto part not showed fitting my truck at that time no warranty no return you are stuck with it shop amazon warranty return no problem
