opened the box and the radiator was busted at the bottom and the it looked beat up i have pictures.
very disappointed need to be returned and credit my credit card back please. tuis is not even usable .tammy kinder

Good luck dealing with this company. Their customer service is terrible at best.
You can not speak directly to a person as they no longer offer this service. You must contact them through email.
Send them the pictures you posted here and demand a refund. If they refuse a refund or try to tell you that it is your responsibility to pay for return shipping costs then contact your bank or credit card company, whichever you used for this purchase, and file for a chargeback.
