Fault in clutch kit

I ordered clutch kit from you guys and when mechanic installed the clutch kit and check the car after the installation the slave cylinder got leaked and the car stop at that exact moment. While the mechanic charged me more labour for reopen the clutch which were approximately 700 dollars more due to fault in your clutch kit.

As I have attached the image of the problem part and other document You can confirm by the mechanic whose address is

2070 Steeles Ave E #16, Brampton, ON L6T 1A7

Contact +1 (90*) ***-**** and are called as LK motors.

Please reach out to me as soon as possible because I has already been 2 to 3 week my car is standing at the mechanic shop. Please compensate for the broken part and the additional labour and have to give.

It’s difficult to describe because Rock Auto, for all intents and purposes, has no customer service department They have no direct chat either. All they have is an endlessly vague menagerie of boiler plate cut and paste answers in the “Customer help prortal”.

My problem was I made a mistake entering the wrong zip code and then consequently the wrong city as well. I did not notice this until I read my confirmation email. By that time the package was already in motion and apparently modifying or editing an address whilst said package is on the move is more difficult than fractal geometry! FedEx, upon my contacting them told me that I could not request that the package be held at hub, that request needed to come from the sellers customer service dept.

(are ya seeing where this is going?). I explained the seller HAS NO CUSTOMER SERVICE DEPT. and therefore it’s logistically impossible for that request to happen. To no avail.

I have 3 emails out to RA none of which have.been answered but I remain diligent. RockAuto claims they have these practices in place to ensure they keep prices low. And they do have low prices. But at what cost?

In this case the price is my sanity. Stay away from these idiots.

A call to their corporate office will result in a short condescending response of “use the customer help portal” which is the biggest example of putting lipstick on a pig that I’ve ever encountered. Pray for me.

RThis is infuriating. I entered the wrong city & zip and didnt notice until I was notified of tracking info.

The help portal says to treat this a Return/Cancellation under didnt receive order They offer what can only be described as an ocean of help topics, none of which applies to my outlying situation. I put a call into FedEx to possibly intercept/hold package at delivery hub..to no avail. They are equally hapless/clueless and said only the seller/shipper can mandate package to be held??? No clue why I do it all the time with UPS.

So Ive got 3 emails to RA support who of course have no one to chat with either so it seems theyre a little liberal on the definition of 24/7 SUPPORT?!!??! I will report back IF I hear back from these humps.

I ordered an alternator for my 2012 Buick. We thought it was more prudent to choose the new and genuine, GM part.

The first thing that I did was to spin the pulley. That's when I noticed that the pulley was off-center; it wobbled left and right when spun. This aberration was measured at an eighth of an inch, from side to side. So I packed it up, shipped it back and waited for the replacement.

When it arrived, I tried the same test of spinning the pulley, and it was worse than the first one.

By this time, I was so frustrated that I had wasted so much time on what should have been a slam-dunk that I called GM to ask them why they are selling apparently defective parts to 3rd parties.

Sure, Rock Auto was perfectly happy to ship out as many replacements that it would take to "fix" the problem, but this should not have been a problem at all, from the very beginning. However, they had no apparent enthusiasm to change the ridiculous situation of buying and selling defective parts.

In the future, I will resist the temptation of saving a few buck, and buy from a local, live parts house.

I ordered two sets of bushings, one for each side. I got both bushings in one set and only received one bushing in the other.

I ordered a kit that was supposed to have both front and rear bushings. Instead of offering to send the missing bushing, or replace the kit, the rep that was emailing me kept pushing for me to order another and just give me credit. I asked how that was fair because I would have to pay an additional shipping fee. Asked for free shipping or a promo code and was just told to order another set.

Then the email chain was closed, so I could not speak any further. Tried calling the phone number given but only went to a VM. Emailed support, and it gets kicked back as undeliverable.

Found a couple more email addresses, but the emails got kicked back as well. What kind of company operates like this?!

User's recommendation: I would recommend using RA before, but now I would not. Two oversights in one order is a bit much! And then to have someone blow me off like I was an inconvenience is ridiculous! I will gladly pay higher prices for local stores now!

I ordered the wrong part. I ordered the left side, but I need the right passenger side.

It's the exact same part, a CV axle, just for the right passenger side instead of the left side, which is the one that I ordered. So, I need to exchange it.
