Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with full refund. Email, "service@***.com".
Parts were shipped direct from the manufacturer's warehouse and were faulty (Dorman pre-bent brake lines, a giant waste of time), and RockAuto initially would not refund. After a review on pissed consumer they responded and took the faulty Dorman brakelines back. For future reference email, "service@***.com".

Did not receive the whole amount back from an order we placed for a rotor that got lost in the mail
We ordered a rotor almost three weeks ago for 18.00, and shipping was 16.99. The package got lost in the mail, and the email said that since the rotor got lost, they were going to give us back the whole amount, which would be around 38.00.
We only received 9.00 back. My phone number is 989-600-****. If someone could please call me to discuss what happened, I’d greatly appreciate it!

Spent 4 hours installing the part, which fit, but found out that the pulley shaft is longer on the passenger car and truck, so the pulley sticks out too far for the Thunderbird. Rock Auto's parts lookup is incorrect and needs to be fixed.
Rock Auto won't take the part back because it was installed.
Lost a longtime customer!!! Idiots.

Customer service or lock thereof to get answers on a issues at no fault of my own, who is a long time a valued customer.
My order made it to UPS; now it is saying my order is being returned to RockAuto's warehouse, and I now have to place a new order??? They provide no customer service options, which means you have no way of knowing what is going on.
Instead, you have to wait for the order to return to the warehouse, then wait days for them to process the return, days to process a refund, and then create a new order, which will take days to be reshipped and delivered. Unless you have extra money lying around, those who don't are screwed.

I have been installed on a platform similar to your platform. They deluded me that they sell food and take a percentage of profits.
Of course, I also earn money through a platform that is controlled by them, and I have a kitchen for myself. On the first day, they gave me 50 euros; on the second day, 150 euros; and on the third day, dollars.
I could not take the platform's money, which is Yum Brand. I have proof of what I say.

I ordered a CV axle through RockAuto, the total was $109 I wanted to return the CV axle and turns out I ordered the wrong part. The return process was very confusing.
Took part to usps and they wanted $90 shipping. I was unable to return the part I am going to fixed income and disabled. Im gonna try to put part online.
There is no customer service phone #. Everything is done online

Warranty claim
Trying to place a warranty claim for a driveshaft, and their website tells me to contact the manufacturer. So I contact the manufacturer, and the manufacturer says that I have to place a claim with the company I purchased the part from, and that they do not do direct warranty claims.
So I tried to call Rock Auto again to no avail. They do not have a customer service line; they require you to use their website.
And the website says for me to call the manufacturer. I'm spinning in circles!!!

Someone took my order, then gave me a phony number, took my card information and said I should receive my order by the 17th. Well, it's a no-show, and no information about my order.

I am highly upset about this whole ordeal. I ordered two fuel pumps last year from you guys, and you only have one that's popping up. They were both still under warranty, and I need to send them back, but I can only send back one because you guys don't have both my order numbers available.

I ordered a CV axle from RockAuto and it turns out it was the wrong one. I went to the post office to pay shipping to return the part, they want a $90 for shipping on $121 part.
I'm disabled and on a fixed income, I didn't understand what exactly I needed to do so I tried to contact them there is no customer service phone number it is all handled online . I ended up not being able to return the part and now I have to try to sell it online.
