My package did not have the correct address and was delivered to the wrong address by the carrier. Because there is no one to contact at RockAuto, my issue is not resolved and I'm out $188.53 due to this error.

The carrier driver delivered the package even though the address was incorrect, which is an unacceptable practice. I advise others about using this online service provider, as there is no contact number besides the online service to inform them of any issue. In my case, after a week, nothing has been resolved and no refund has been issued. Always do business with a company that you can physically contact and hold accountable for any errors or problems with shipping or parts concerns.

I have learned this the hard way. Although this is the first time in years of using Rock Auto that I have had this experience, the cost and inconvenience associated with this should not be overlooked.

Someone needs to be held accountable for these types of issues and unfortunately, in this case, that someone is me. I will avoid using this vendor and carrier in the future.

I had a return order and sent rotors and brake pads back at the same time. However, they only want to credit for half the order, stating one of the rotors were returned too late, even though they were all shipped at the same time. Really poor services, I highly don't recommend using them.

I just received the package today and opened to inspect the parts and one temperature sensor not brand new like the picture shows, and claim it to return, and not my fault because I received direct from Rockauto,why do I have to paid for return shipping labels, it is not right. And I have to paid the cost of the shipping label from the last old order, it is damaged and defective CV AXLE Too, if you are the customers buy the parts and Defective and broken not working and you have to paid for shipping cost.

How do you think? Rockauto stand behind take a Responsibility all part and shipping department make a fault.

I purchased a crank sensor for a Hyundai. I paid for a Hyundai original part, but instead I got a package marked 'generic, made in China'.

I was unable to verify if this was the part I paid for due to an error in the person filling the order. There is nowhere you can communicate the issue.

I paid $40 for express delivery so I could get my parts here by no later than 10:30 AM. Well, needless to say, it wasn't here on time.

Plus, I didn't even get all of my order. Can't believe I wasted my money on this company. They told me 10:30 AM, no later, and now I'm not getting all my parts. I'm so annoyed about this.

Probably won't ever go through Rock Auto again. I should have stuck with Parts Geek. They were only $5 more, but I would have received everything I paid for. Plus, I most likely wouldn't have had to pay $40 to get it here.

Now I have to go out in the cold, dark night. If only there was a way to get faster delivery, I probably would have taken it. But instead, I was lied to about when to expect my package. Not to mention the phone number for the corporate office that no one ever answers.

I left three voicemails and didn't receive a callback. Not only was it not delivered on time like I paid for, but I also didn't get all my parts. Thanks, Rock Auto. You're the best.

I appreciate you messing up.

I ordered Bilstein struts, KYB strut mounts and KYB bump stops. I wanted Bilstein Strut mounts but because of Rockautos stupid two warehouse system it meant paying double shipping to Canada as the Bilstein shocks were at their A warehouse and the strut mounts were at their B warehouse.

The KYB were at the A warehouse. The KYB's are made in China and the mounting studs are about 3 mm outward of where they needed to be to fit. As the car was disassembled I wasn't going to reassemble and return. I had to hammer the studs out, grind one side of the stud and reassemble and install.

All because of Rockautos STUPID 2 WAREHOUSE system. Ask me if I'm happy!!!

I realized that I would be charged for the return but 200.00 no way. No way to contact company so I'm pissed.

I need my money. I ordered two parts. They came together at least that's what the shipping label said.

I never opened the package and returned it. And got gyped

I Dawn Miller requested a radiator for a 1999 GMC VIN 1GTDT14XXXK506245. We received the wrong radiator, call on Friday to report that it was the wrong one.

We have call over 10 different times not being able to get through. I never received an invoice from your company. It came FROM NJ #WG7112, 1175 FLORENCE COLUMBUS RD SUITE A BORDENTOWN NJ

TRK#7786 27** **75 SHIP DATE 17 SEP 24.

IT WAS THE WRONG RADIATOR.
