On may 5th I ordered 3 radiators then canceled all 3 orders 10 mins.later,they still sent one radiator charged 90. to my account. I returned it right away,they showed issued refund,but never did!

Rockauto - No response on refund
I returned items that wouldn't fit my car and havent received my refund. I emailed them and have yet to get a response.

Yes I am pretty upset. When you order something and it delivers to a wrong address in another state it would be nice to have someone help. Not you. You tell me to figure it out. The website sucks and is not easy to navigate I asked the person to help me and he hung up...
