Sent wrong part. We ordered the correct part as described on their website. Didn't notice the slight difference when installing the pulley. Belt kept jumping off of the pulley. Used three different belts and they all did the same thing. Emailed Rockauto, and they wanted me to buy a new part, send back the wrong part at my expense, wait for them to receive it, then refund me. All I asked for was an exchange and I would send it back to them. Told them, I need the part asap, and to just send me a shipping label and I will return the wrong part, and they said no.

This is the third time I ordered a new part from rockauto and received a customer returned part. I waited a week for the part and its someone returned part I receivd. You can not get a person to talk too. how long do I have wait for a replacement? They are going down hill.

Rockauto in Phoenix, Arizona - Stole $300

I tried processing a payment online using two different cards. They told me it could not process my payment however when I went to check the balance to make sure they didn't charge me, I found out that they put a hold on over $300. I'm still trying to figure out how they couldn't process my order but they could hold money on my card. They had an order number for a part that wasn't even ordered because the payment wasn't finished yet. The total was $394 they held $300 and told me the amount to be processed after they took the $300 was still $394.

Was sent a part that does not work for my application. Was listed for my GTO but has a double mount, mine is a single mount. Would just like to exchange for one that does.
