RockAuto is exclusively an online business. They have an online self-service portal and a help center as their primary tools for customer service. As such, there is no RockAuto phone number that you can call. The company notes that their online self-service model helps them to keep their operational costs low so that they can sell car parts affordably.

Rock Auto charged my card while my radiator was just in the cart. Charged no shipping, so I guess they just get to keep my radiator forever, my loss.

I had not hit the purchase button. Their error. Get this ... no customer service email, no customer service telephone.

If you have no order number ... I do not ... you cannot speak to them. So yeah, I have to file a challenge with my credit card to get back the money that they have stolen.

What *** poor service. I hope they go under.

Hard to talk to someone about finding a part and I will never call them again it a shame how costumer has to wait for one hour and still no one answers the dam call I understand they could be busy but hire more customers service people to answer the phone no more good bye

Part was built wrong. The put wrong address on package I had to pay $7.99 to get UPS to send to nearest UPS store and drive 40 miles round trip which cost me $15 in gas to pickup the package.
