RockAuto is exclusively an online business. They have an online self-service portal and a help center as their primary tools for customer service. As such, there is no RockAuto phone number that you can call. The company notes that their online self-service model helps them to keep their operational costs low so that they can sell car parts affordably.

The RockAuto help center is available in four languages including English, Spanish, French, and German. It can be accessed via the home page, by clicking on the “help?” button located at the middle, upper part of the page.

It provides answers to the most common issues that a customer is likely to encounter when engaging with the business. To easily find a solution to your issue, enter the relevant question on the search bar. Or, visit the specific help center category under which your question lies.

Furthermore, RockAuto has a dedicated order status and returns a self-help page on their website. Here, you can check your order status, request a change on your order, report a problem with your shipment, and get return requests.

Let a human answer the phone because you losing money that's not good for the company that's just you guys get on it but you have good customer service

They suck you need to be able to talk to someone my car has been down almost a month because I have not received my parts. You have your money I have no parts get a phone so people can call Ive always got things from you at least you could track it down Im not getting anywhere with that tracking number

I ordered a part from rock auto actually three parts and they only sent two of them and I paid for three. I am still waiting for them to resend the part that I ordered and paid for so I'm upset.

To do returns on rock auto is bunch of *** Stupid. Their customer service is no good. They won’t help you out at all. Was a big fan of rock auto wants before now I’m not, and I will never recommend it to anybody.

It’s difficult to describe because Rock Auto, for all intents and purposes, has no customer service department They have no direct chat either. All they have is an endlessly vague menagerie of boiler plate cut and paste answers in the “Customer help prortal”. My problem was I made a mistake entering the wrong zip code and then consequently the wrong city as well. I did not notice this until I read my confirmation email. By that time the package was already in motion and apparently modifying or editing an address whilst said package is on the move is more difficult than fractal geometry! FedEx, upon my contacting them told me that I could not request that the package be held at hub, that request needed to come from the sellers customer service dept. (are ya seeing where this is going?). I explained the seller HAS NO CUSTOMER SERVICE DEPT. and therefore it’s logistically impossible for that request to happen. To no avail. I have 3 emails out to RA none of which have.been answered but I remain diligent. RockAuto claims they have these practices in place to ensure they keep prices low. And they do have low prices. But at what cost? In this case the price is my sanity. Stay away from these idiots. A call to their corporate office will result in a short condescending response of “use the customer help portal” which is the biggest example of putting lipstick on a pig that I’ve ever encountered. Pray for me.
