Does RockAuto have a phone number?

Haven't received my order

I ordered a part February 8th at that time I was told it would arrive on February 28 then got a message it would arrive March 8 and I still don't have it as of March 14th! RockAuto has no way to contact by phone!

Their online system has produced no results! My next step is getting my bank to dispute the charges.

I bought a Walmart green dot card,put 200.00 on it. Found the fuel pump I needed, thought I ordered it, then told card wouldn't go through.

Green Dot says contact who I ordered from which is rockauto. So where is my pump. The total price was 90 some dollars, but I have 5.95 left on card. So where is my damn money.

No parts and no money. Can't get any decent person to make since.

I didn't get my package paid $171,16 for my Tahoe 2005

I Charles Young Jr age 66 and soon to be 67 on March 7,2024 I ordered $171,16 of parts for my 2005 Chevy Tahoe upper and lower arm bushings alive gallon bottle of transmission fluid and I have not received my order and have not been able to talk with any one this is so wrong they said the order was sent out by UPS but I still don,t have it and can,t get anyone to hear me they took my money and gave me nothing at all I feel Robed these people are criminals I don,t know what to do I need help please help please or I will have to sue and tell the BBB for some kind of help I trying to fix my Tahoe and Rock Auto need them to do their job thank you

nit bad but the end result is i have to wait 24 to 48 hours to get some kind of return information. they want there money at the time of purchase but cant provide info to return parts that i didnt order. poor service
