I was ready to place an order but then realized I needed to get some additional information so because I took too long to complete the transaction, instead of just backing me up a page so that I can continue later it completely locked me out of all rock auto webpages. It would not even let me access the rock auto help address.

All I really want is to be able to complete the order so that I can get those parts to me here in Micronesia so I can get my car back on the road. Until then I'm walking.
