I tried calling to clarify my part need and could not get a human.Tired of dealing with PRESS 3 then hearing all of our info is on our website.

Sorry this is not true and until I can speak to a human you have lost me as a customer! Companies that do not care enough about their customers to have someone speak to them do not deserve to be in business. Not talking to their customers is a disturbing trend that bad companies embrace. Good companies recognize the value of customer service and work hard to enhance it.

The last time I used Rock Auto I was able to do that not so any longer.This tells me they don't want my money.
