Im not pissed I just ordered the wrong part # then wanted to talk to customer service and am pissed that I couldnt talk to someone to cancel just after ordered,Then reordered the right part # so you can help by not charging me shipping because I tried to call 5 minutes after I ordered by mistake part # was differant when I called dealer to double check.Glad I double checked but still wish I could have spoke to someone to make sure they stopped shippment and reordered the correct part# Thank you JohnMohler USA Drum co.

Recently, order the lower section of a radiator shroud for my 1997 silverado. When the part arrived it was noted that it did not fit with the original upper shroud. I went through the return web site and started that process of a return until it was determined that I would have to pay $12.00 return shipping on a part that cost $15.00 and approx $16.00 to have it shipped to home. In any case it makes not sense for me to pay because your company shipped a part that does not work. In any case, I was shipped a second shroud, which exactly the same as the last one. Know i have two parts that are of no use to me. I would be happy to ship them back at the expense of my own time. If i agreed to pay the shipping for parts I can't use I will still be out almost $30.00 when factoring in that I have already payed for shipping once that is not refundable. If your return web page offered more space to explain the problem with part, this probable could have been avoided. One line of typed characters is not enough. If you want the two parts returned, send me a return label and will be happy to send them back. Other wise it is not cost effective for me to pay the shipping. I can send both parts back in one box. The order number was 103254213
