Rockauto - Ordered a part their website said was correct, they shipped a part that would not fit, they do not talk with their customers
Ordered a part from Rockauto.com, they shipped a part that does not fit my car. I tried calling customer service, they do not allow phone calls to their customer service department.
Their website said that I would have to pay for the return shipping to get a refund. It was 100 percent their fault for shipping a part that they said would fit my car. The part they shipped was for cars built between 2012 and 2017. My car is a 1995.
Their website said the part would fit my 1995. Physically impossible, looks nothing like my required part.
