Ordered a part from, they shipped a part that does not fit my car. I tried calling customer service, they do not allow phone calls to their customer service department.

Their website said that I would have to pay for the return shipping to get a refund. It was 100 percent their fault for shipping a part that they said would fit my car. The part they shipped was for cars built between 2012 and 2017. My car is a 1995.

Their website said the part would fit my 1995. Physically impossible, looks nothing like my required part.

First photo is what I needed. Next two are of what they shipped.

Their customer service is absolute garbage. They figure they can just bone you because they've got a million other customers across the country.

Sad part is, they're probably right... and they're too big to care.

I for one will never buy anything from them again.Mike: The FTC can't do anything. They didn't refuse to take the part back, they refused to pay for return shipping.
