I ordered a speciality bulb for my 2008 BMW M3. Long story short, the bulb does not fit because BMW changed the bulb a few months into production. (Car model runs 2008-2013 and I have an early model).
I messaged them 10 days ago and they are telling me they will review and "get back to me" in one business day. Nothing.
Their help page tells me to click on the returns but I can not since I am "waiting" for their response.
And since it is in that process I can not even initiate my own return. Even if I wanted to pay for shipping. Which I should not. It is the wrong part that is mislabeled in THEIR data base.
And it's a $27.00 bulb.
