Ordered a Chevy horn contact, received a filthy box and a defective (broken wire) part. Plus, it's a big task to get hold of anybody.
Rock Auto needs better quality control. I guess I'll fight the good battle and try to navigate the home page. I think this was one of those Millennial tricks where you buy from eBay and they drop ship, but still Rock Auto should take a good look at returns instead of putting them on the shelf. Take a look at the photos, make your own assessment.
I wish Pissedconsumer.com didn't need 100 words when less would do. I think maybe somebody should write a review about Pissed Consumer and the need for long winded complaints.
