You sent me a damaged product and I followed your return procedure and never heard back.
This radiator was damaged t the point the mechanic would not install it. There was a gouge in the box and radiator.
I filled a claim at least 10 days ago.

Going to file with BBB any anyone else I can. You can't do business this way.
The product you sent t my mechanic was inferior and damaged.
I did not want to do business with your company and a friend convinced me and said you do good business. Apparently he was incorrect.
If you do not correct my problem, I will do everything possible to bash your company everywhere I can.
