If you received a defective part, you should report the problem on the Order Status & Returns page. RockAuto Customer Support will determine the cause of the problem and how you would like to proceed. To file a warranty claim, you should find your order on the Order Status & Returns page. Click “Arrange a Return / Report a Problem” if you are within your standard 30 days return policy. Select “Broken/Damaged/Defective” as the reason. If the 30 days return policy period has passed, but your part is still covered under warranty, select “Request Warranty Replacement”. After you answer a few questions, you will see options to get your part replaced.

I ordered a Radiator for a 2003 Buick Lasabree I never received a confirmation number that my order had been placed. Can someone please let me know if my order went through to you all or not?
