RockAuto - order the wrong part

RockAuto FAQ section provides sufficient details on how to set up an exchange on the Help with Existing Orders page. If you want a different part number than you ordered, you should arrange a return for the part that you do not want, and place a new order on the company website for the part you need. You can set up a return on the Order Status & Returns page.
You should click “Arrange a Return / Report a Problem” next to the part to be returned. Then, specify the quantity being returned and the reason for your return.
