Possible shipping damage
I came home and that's how I found it. Not complaining.
Just letting you know how items are being shipped. Hopefully, everything is there.
If not, I will be calling back. Then my daily sits longer.

I didn't receive but half of my order. After a month of back-and-forth emails, they tell me the time limit for me to file a claim is up and there's nothing I can do.
They failed to show me proof of all my parts being delivered and also tell me they are not responsible. If they plan on getting business like this, I can only hope that future consumers take this in mind when dealing with them.

Friday, August 1st, I ordered 4 injectors to 4110 Jane Ave., Apt. 5.
That package never arrived.
Since then, I've ordered the same package that did arrive at a different address. I would just like to get a refund for the package I ordered on August 1st that I never received.

They have not said a manager would call me know one ever I paid fees out of my pocket and spent half running to customs and DHL to resolve this on my own had I not gone the ordered of been returned and guess what I would have paid the charges
Had to go myself to do the custom papers paid for fees which should been included wasted an afternoon foing all this if not been done order was going back and I would imagine they would have charged for their incompetence

Please consider a different supplier. RockAuto drop-ships from manufacturers.
Each part that the customer orders is mailed from a different location.
Plan on waiting 9 days or longer for all of your items to arrive. You are better off buying from a local parts store that has customer service instead of using RockAuto.

Rock Auto charged my card while my radiator was just in the cart. Charged no shipping, so I guess they just get to keep my radiator forever, my loss.
I had not hit the purchase button. Their error. Get this ... no customer service email, no customer service telephone.
If you have no order number ... I do not ... you cannot speak to them. So yeah, I have to file a challenge with my credit card to get back the money that they have stolen.
What *** poor service. I hope they go under.

Absolutely nothing happened as of now. I even submitted under pissed customer and got the right to post it without resolution.
I dialed the Customer Service number said calling for an hour without answering. When this started I wasn't pissed, like doing business with the company, and this is the first problem I've had really.
I need help with a return label or at least an order number
Overcharged on a shipping order
My order number for this problem is 3288-5****. I ordered three items on November 10th.
I received the first item in approximately 8 days. The next two items were shipped from San Bernardino, California. The postage I paid when I ordered was to be ground-vantage USPS. The two items I received from California had priority shipping labels on them.
I had to pay an additional $24.95 to receive my order on top of the shipping price I had already paid of $13.98 for all three items. I think I should be reimbursed the $24.95. I've never had an issue with RockAuto, and I've done an awful lot of business with you.
I would appreciate your concern about this issue and that you handle it as you should. Thank you for your time.

Preferred solution: Reimbursed $24.95 for overcharge of shipping an item that postage had already been paid for.

It sells a variety of mechanical parts like brake pads and shock absorbers and body parts like bumpers and mirrors, interior trim like door handles. Rockauto offers major assemblies like CV axles, engine long blocks, steering gears and complete transmissions. The staff of the company doesnt include any mechanic staff to provide auto repairs, but there are service manuals to help customers perform repair.
