Remanufactured brake part
Didnt fit wrong description of part was 3 hours trying to put part on and wrong holes wrong part not happy wasted my time after all that finding out it didnt fit

Possible shipping damage
I came home and that's how I found it. Not complaining.
Just letting you know how items are being shipped. Hopefully, everything is there.
If not, I will be calling back. Then my daily sits longer.

I didn't receive but half of my order. After a month of back-and-forth emails, they tell me the time limit for me to file a claim is up and there's nothing I can do.
They failed to show me proof of all my parts being delivered and also tell me they are not responsible. If they plan on getting business like this, I can only hope that future consumers take this in mind when dealing with them.

That package never arrived.
Since then, I've ordered the same package that did arrive at a different address. I would just like to get a refund for the package I ordered on August 1st that I never received.

They have not said a manager would call me know one ever I paid fees out of my pocket and spent half running to customs and DHL to resolve this on my own had I not gone the ordered of been returned and guess what I would have paid the charges
Had to go myself to do the custom papers paid for fees which should been included wasted an afternoon foing all this if not been done order was going back and I would imagine they would have charged for their incompetence

Rock Auto charged my card while my radiator was just in the cart. Charged no shipping, so I guess they just get to keep my radiator forever, my loss.
I had not hit the purchase button. Their error. Get this ... no customer service email, no customer service telephone.
If you have no order number ... I do not ... you cannot speak to them. So yeah, I have to file a challenge with my credit card to get back the money that they have stolen.
What *** poor service. I hope they go under.

Absolutely nothing happened as of now. I even submitted under pissed customer and got the right to post it without resolution.
I dialed the Customer Service number said calling for an hour without answering. When this started I wasn't pissed, like doing business with the company, and this is the first problem I've had really.

Purchased exhaust manifold which was to come with gasket and mounting hardware. It arrived but was not opened as it went to mechanic shop for installation when the new engine was to be installed.
Delay in getting engine delivered as planned in timely manner. When mechanic went to install the manifold discovered that installation parts missing when carton opened. Contacted Rock Auto and they said that "to bad its been over 30 days since purchase so no returns no replacement of missing parts." Had to purchase the missing parts to get the exhaust installed. With lost labor time and replacement parts approximately cost me $40.
Consider Rock Auto as not furnishing parts that were paid for as thieves and doing fraudulent business practices. Suggest people purchase auto parts from another source that is honest and reputable.

We order many auto parts offline. I don't need help with that, but I ordered some items from RockAuto.com.
Today is day 10 of shipping time. The package has zero postal updates on its tracking number, and we emailed the company and got a generic email back stating we have to wait another 5 days. Well, us being a business and having a customer's car and them waiting, this is ridiculous. We have since had to outsource from elsewhere.
Rock Auto is a totally unreliable company. Their bad business ethics will make you look bad and be so frustrating! Funny, they will take my money instantly. I don't have anything, and then I will have to return stuff that I do not need any longer!
They can hide behind 'we are only online to save you money on parts.' Get into the real world; why are you scared to talk to your customers?
By the way, Rock Auto, phones aren't that expensive anymore. This avoidance attitude sucks!
