Ordered a pair of rancho front shocks with spacers pre-installed. They sent me the wrong ones and now there charging me to send it back. I just wanna get the part I ordered. I'm not asking for too much I don't think considering all the money I "saved" is being spent on FedEx to get it send it back. Also, thank you Fed ex for having my package two days early. If only Rock Auto can get it together and HIRE SOME PEOPLE TO ANSWER PHONES. Seems I'm not the only person that's had this problem. Below is a picture of my order with order number. Below that is what the sent me. Neither of the shocks I received are what I paid hundreds of dollars for. I want to like Rock Auto but they are making it hard.

My call at 2:00 pm on Tuesday, 11/26/2019 was not answered. It was a recording that they could not take my call and giving your hours of operation. The attached video shows that the shipping label did not come through. How can I return this core?

Sent wrong part. We ordered the correct part as described on their website. Didn't notice the slight difference when installing the pulley. Belt kept jumping off of the pulley. Used three different belts and they all did the same thing. Emailed Rockauto, and they wanted me to buy a new part, send back the wrong part at my expense, wait for them to receive it, then refund me. All I asked for was an exchange and I would send it back to them. Told them, I need the part asap, and to just send me a shipping label and I will return the wrong part, and they said no.

Was sent a part that does not work for my application. Was listed for my GTO but has a double mount, mine is a single mount. Would just like to exchange for one that does.

I bout a set of headlamp just installed them paid 1hr of labor at the dealership left it there yesterday had it all day it got cold from 89 degrees to 54 it’s raining and my left front light has moisture inside only the left now the dealership will charge me again for take them off I can’t drive my truck with one headlight
