Same experience. Ordered part for correct make and model of JEEP but part clearly did not fit.

They did not refund the $6 return postage. Same problem with another part but they fully refunded all and did not want the part back; it was sent from another warehouse location to begin with.

It may have something to do with what reason you choose from the return reason options. I did explain on the return form comments in both instances.

Rack & Pinion was shipped lose inside a cardboard box. Box was not taped or banded to prevent the box from opening. It appears that at some point during shipping the box opened and the Rack and Pinion was damaged in shipping. Steel hydraulic transfer tubes damaged, tie-rod threads damaged, Rack and Pinion housing damaged, and shipping box destroyed. RockAuto states that I must pay return shipping and find suitable packaging to return the item.

I These are pics of my 2015 Buick Enclave , V6 (motorized, blind spot detector, I think heated) Rt passenger side mirror. I ordered an engine air filter for my 2018 Toyota 4Runner. Part # 49350. I received a box that contains a fuel filter, part #533640, which is printed in black on the side of the box. Someone affixed a separate sticker with the part #49350 to the top of the box. All of this info is in the attached video and pictures. When I tried to arrange for a return I was informed that the error was mine and was given the option of keeping the part or returning it at my own expense. Ain't happenin! I think I'll call their customer service...wait..they don't HAVE a customer service number!

the moment of arrival my box had a dent in it when I open it up you can hear something rattling inside. as I pull the part out pieces of it was broken near the top class and down by the corner in the bracket for the motor was cracked. I took pictures and still I didn't get any response back from it. I could to try to make it work on vehicle but the product was to. damage to create a safe fix.

Bought a carpet for my pickup but it was paste 30 days by time prep was done. Found the carpet to be defective and boxed wrong. Told no return. Then they changed the warranty tab to no return so I can no longer warranty the carpet or any of the other items on that order for a defect. No options left. $250 loss.
