not only does their return policy suck, the commercial on the TV misleads you to believe they have EVERY part your car will ever need. 80% of the time they don't.

The part was not shipped till friday at 5:30pm i needed that part friday and it wont get to me till Monday because of this i am out over $300 because i have to get the part from a auto store in town what cost 5 times more
