Rockauto - Dont buy from them ever

They send you parts that don't fit then hide behind email and tell you youre wrong. Meanwhile you have to eat the costs not to mention the down time for their incompetence. I've purchased 10s of thousands of dollars from them and will never spend another dime with this company. Cant wait til Amazon puts them out of business. Good riddance.

Rockauto - Right now not good

This is a complaint. I did not receive most of my refund because I supposedly sent the items to Illinois instead of New York. The problem is that when I was ready to put the labels on my returns I went to the order status and return section as was specified. At the end of the list was a label saying ship to this address. There was no label for returning to new york. There is one now when I go back and check it. No sign of the IL. label. I copied everything when I first sent the order and the label. I feel this was not my fault. Please return the rest of my refund. Thank you, Janice L. Engle

I bout a set of headlamp just installed them paid 1hr of labor at the dealership left it there yesterday had it all day it got cold from 89 degrees to 54 it’s raining and my left front light has moisture inside only the left now the dealership will charge me again for take them off I can’t drive my truck with one headlight

I purchased a set of brakes and rotors for my car (front and back). The parts they sent were totally WRONG. They are making it MY responsibility to ship items back AT MY EXPENSE!!! There is NO way to talk to a live person to complain about this!! It's going to cost me $40 to ship this back to be able to get my money back which is complete *** I will NEVER purchase from this company again!!!!
