Non existent customer service. AWFUL, TERRIBLE, SAD, PATHETIC

First of all the site kept freezing trying to order with the never ending twirling bar that never stops and you cant go back. Delete page and start over Multiple times.

After my card declined the order I started over with another card which worked. Rockauto still sent both orders. Now I want to do the right thing and return the box I didn't pay for but they offer NO option for me to do this. I WILL NOT PAY RETURN SHIPPING FOR THEM SENDING ME PARTS I DIDN'T PAY FOR.

I found service@***.com which THEY use to contact you but wont put it on their site . If they don't respond within 30 days I will give the parts to my local family owned car parts store for free.

They suck you need to be able to talk to someone my car has been down almost a month because I have not received my parts. You have your money I have no parts get a phone so people can call Ive always got things from you at least you could track it down Im not getting anywhere with that tracking number

We ordered. A alternative for a 2005 PT Cruiser 2.4 Turbo.

Unlimiand you guys sent us a cylinder. I had the picture with the number on top of the part and all I want is just you guys just send me the right part? So I can have it. Put on my car.

I have a mechanic. Test been waiting over a week for the wrong part. That should have been here last.

I Dawn Miller requested a radiator for a 1999 GMC VIN 1GTDT14XXXK506245. We received the wrong radiator, call on Friday to report that it was the wrong one.

We have call over 10 different times not being able to get through. I never received an invoice from your company. It came FROM NJ #WG7112, 1175 FLORENCE COLUMBUS RD SUITE A BORDENTOWN NJ

TRK#7786 27** **75 SHIP DATE 17 SEP 24.

IT WAS THE WRONG RADIATOR.

Need to send back and receive my $186.00 money back. Poor communication.

Defective part

I don't know how to rate yet can't reach anyone defective part is costing me towing need parts & labor & front end alignment costing me and additional $475 all because 1 of the parts I got from you on my Dec 17 2024 order snapped while driving on highway 65 miles per hour I did maintain control of car and did get off to shoulder crossing 2 lanes to right without getting in any accident thank goodness so is there a way to recover my financial losses

Ya send me the wrong part didnt fit my truck it a 1500 dodge ram 1500 3.9 in the old one is the original the bolts? did not fit on my truck Ill send you a picture of my old one and a box that came in was a new one wasnt the right one. The boats did not fit on the screws.

My refund was reported as submitted, but now my bank account is negative because the transaction was not successful. I was informed that it was complete and the refund was processed, but my bank account is now in the negative.

This issue needs to be resolved. Unfortunately, there is no phone number to call you, and there is no online chat available to discuss this issue with anyone.

i have a unique situation were the local post office will not allow Fedex to deliver to my physical address.UPS has no problem. Shipper chose Fedex instead of UPS. Now i don't know if,where,when,or how i will receive these parts.
