Ordered a product, they sent the wrong part. Tried to return the part using their Web Page. Printed out a return label but was unable to return the product before the shipping label expired.

Rockauto does not accept phone calls of any sort, there is no online chat and there is no way to email them when something goes wrong.

The web page asks for your order number and phone or email, then it takes you to a returns page but it is an endless loop as it will not allow you to change or redo the return once it issues a return label.

Buyer beware of this company, I would suggest that you try and contact them by phone or email prior to ordering your parts. You will quickly see what I mean by NO support.

I will never do business with this outfit ever again.

They may be cheaper than some of the competition, but I would highly recommend that you spend a few dollars more with another company to cover when things go wrong.
