After waiting 11 days I received wrong part.Now I have to go to fedx to return that which I did not order, and only then can I again wait for the right part (hopefully).

I expected them to offer expedited shipping as this was not my mistake. There really is no loss to them when they screw up, only to the customer. Its the additional 7-10 days of delay that is painful here. In addition, its very hard to find a way to contact a human at their site.

But seeing the human can do nothing anyway, I suppose its better that way.

A real waste of time.Too bad
