Used their application guide and ordered a part. The part is not the correct one: only has 4 connection lugs and the OEM has 5.
Pointed out that the other brand item they carry , from the very same application guide, has 5 electrical contact lugs. Their response: "looks like you received the part you ordered". Yeah, the wrong part dork. Their solution was that I could return it, but I would have to pay $6 shipping.
Any other parts store that sells you the wrong part takes it back with an apology.
Not CrookAuto.com they have the worst customer service. Will never use again.
