NO Customer Service

Everything is handled online with forms that do not allow you to get your lost or shorted parts.

Save yourself some trouble and go to the local parts store.

I will not be using this company again Ive had some spotty issues in the past with them but the low price always pulled me back. Well I have decided I will pay the higher price so I know I'll at least get the parts I ordered and have to twist in the wind until they have decided to finish shipping my parts. So in short I'll wait another 6 days to see who failed then another 3 days for the next part to ship So altogether I'm out almost two weeks for a simple O2 Sensor. I ordered two of the same part they sent ONE. I seriously doubt it was Fed Ex or UPS stealing my parts.

Reason of review: Order processing issue.

Monetary Loss: $40.

Preferred solution: Deliver product or service ordered.

I didn't like: Being left in the cold when there is a problem with my order.

I have same problem but' their web site does not have a choice for shorted parts so I cannot explain that they only sent me one part of a set of two. *** with them.

I am done with them too.

Had better service on Parts Geek. Parts Geek still has phone service so use them.
