I'm writing this after having found this site due to the extremely poor customer service issues. Looks like I'm not the only one.

I will NOT use this site again. On line service only, and if you call their office it is very much the same. They don't give you options to choose a department, but are asked to entered an extension. You can wait on hold until someone decides to pick up, but the reception's life must be miserable having to field these types of calls.

If I were her, I'd let it ring knowing what was probably on the other end. Her response?

You're instructed to email customer service.

In addition, I ordered the part with expedited shipping. It took them over 24 hrs to get the part out the door, with the original order place around mid-afternoon on a business day.
