I own a 2009 Nissan Titan that my son drives daily. The front drivers side window and the back passenger window will not roll down.

I ordered a replacement part for the window at the advice of my mechanic. The part didn't work, something else is wrong with the window. When I received the part, it was dusty. It looked like it had been stored for years.

It wasn't in it's original wrapping. My mechanic suggested that we didn't use the part, but return it and get a refund. I went to the website to return it and the site tells me it's not returnable! There isn't anyone to call and no customer service to contact.

How can you have a business and not have any customer service? I do not recommend this site to anyone!!!!!!!!!

Preferred solution: Full refund.

I didn't like: Return policy website perfromance issues.
